Hello! My name is Vicki.
I’m a dreamer and “builder” at heart. I love starting from a blank slate and find undefined territories exciting. For more than 15 years I have been leading the concept and design development of retail experiences for both Apple and Google. My work spans a multitude of platforms including environmental design, visual merchandising, interactive experience design, and omni-channel content strategy.
As a people manager, I believe communication is the most powerful tool. I make time to connect, listen, and support each individual through personalized growth and development plans so I can help them attain their career goals. This has enabled me to identify stretch opportunities, encouraging them to explore, experiment, and grow.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy design & build projects for my home, experimenting with mixed materials, gardening, cooking, watercolor, traveling, and yoga.
My specialty is building great things. Loving what I do is an added bonus.
